Terms & Conditions – miki88 Platform Usage Rules Malaysia

By visiting, registering, logging in, or using any miki88 service, you automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This acceptance takes effect from the moment you first access the miki88 platform, even before you complete the registration process.

Transferring, selling, or otherwise changing ownership of a miki88 account is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of the account balance.

Miki88 accepts deposits via recognised and legitimate Malaysian payment methods. All financial transactions on miki88 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a method verified by the miki88 team. miki88 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal exceeding RM 5,000 within 24 hours. Withdrawals will not be processed if there is an active bonus that has not yet met its turnover requirements.

Miki88 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for members, including a Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonus, Weekly Cashback, Free Bet, and Parlay Bonus. All bonuses are subject to turnover (rollover) requirements before any withdrawal can be made.

• Welcome Bonus: Turnover requirement is 15x total amount (deposit + bonus) before withdrawal
• Reload Bonus: The turnover requirement is 12x total bonus amount received
• Cashback: No turnover requirement — withdrawable immediately upon crediting

Miki88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice. Bonus values and their conditions are accurate at the time the promotion is launched and may differ from previous promotions.

All sports bets at miki88 — including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and all other sports — are subject to the following general rules:

• The minimum stake per bet is RM 2 and maximum depending on the match and market
• All bets are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the system, except in cases of clear technical error
• The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds used to calculate winnings
• Postponed or cancelled matches — bets will be fully refunded to the account balance
• For live betting, odds are updated dynamically and confirmed bets will not be affected by any subsequent odds changes

For parlay (accumulator) bets, all selections must win for the overall bet to succeed. Should any leg of a parlay be postponed or cancelled, that leg will be removed and the parlay odds recalculated based on the remaining legs.

Miki88 reserves the right to refuse or limit bets from any member without explanation. In cases where the system displays odds that clearly deviate from the market (erroneous odds), miki88 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and refund the stake to the member.

All casino games at miki88 — including live baccarat, slots, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo — are subject to the following rules, in addition to the specific rules for each game as displayed on the platform:

• The outcome of all slot games is determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified for fairness by independent international bodies
• For live casino games, outcomes are determined by a physical dealer in real time and cannot be disputed unless there is technical evidence of a system failure
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each live table are as displayed on the respective table and may vary between standard and VIP tables
• Internet disconnection during a live casino game — the outcome of any completed round is final and binding
• miki88 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions on the player's end or caused by internet service providers

The use of automation software, bots, or any unauthorised tools to play any miki88 casino game is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the miki88 platform and may result in account closure and further action:

• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location or bypass geo-restrictions

• Any attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of miki88's systems

• Play using your own account with your own funds
• Register with accurate information and keep it updated whenever changes occur
• Contact support whenever you encounter a technical issue before taking any action on your own
• Bet responsibly within the limits you set for yourself

Miki88 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Evidence or suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity
• Failure to verify identity when requested within the stipulated timeframe
• Self-exclusion requested by the member through the responsible gaming programme
• Legal action or court orders relating to the account

You also have the right to close your own account at any time by contacting miki88 customer support. In cases where an account is closed at the member's request with no violations involved, any valid balance remaining in the account will be refunded in full once the review is completed.

For accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms, miki88 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and winnings in the account without any compensation to the member concerned.

All betting and casino outcomes are final once recorded by the miki88 system. In the event of a dispute, miki88 system records will take precedence unless there is clear evidence of a technical error on miki88's part.
