Who We Are
The Story Behind miki88 — Built for Malaysian Players
Miki88 was founded in 2019 with a simple but meaningful vision — to build an online betting platform that truly understands how Malaysians play, think, and live. Our founding team brought deep experience in gaming and financial technology in Malaysia, and they knew first-hand that local players have needs that are distinctly different from users in other markets.
At the time, most online betting platforms available in the market were built for a global audience with little regard for Malaysia's specific needs — from suitable payment methods to the interface language and the most locally relevant sports. Many Malaysian players had to deal with complicated deposit and withdrawal processes, foreign-language interfaces, and customer support that had no understanding of the local context. miki88 is here to change all that.
Over six years of operation, miki88 has grown from a small platform with a handful of Sports Betting options into a complete digital entertainment ecosystem — covering Malaysia Super League and EPL football betting, badminton, e-sports, live baccarat, slots from the world's leading providers, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and much more. Over 100,000 active members from across Malaysia — from Johor Bahru to Kota Kinabalu — trust miki88 as their home for online betting.
What we are most proud of at miki88 goes beyond the numbers. What matters more is how we earned that trust — through complete transparency in every aspect of our operations. Every odds we display is genuinely competitive and calculated fairly. Every bonus term is written clearly in plain language. Every withdrawal is processed within 45 seconds with no unnecessary delays. And every issue raised with our support team is resolved promptly, courteously, and effectively.
On the technology front, miki88 continually invests in cutting-edge infrastructure to ensure reliable platform performance. Our servers are secured with 256-bit SSL protection and all financial transactions are fully encrypted. The miki88 mobile app is continuously optimised for peak performance on Malaysia's 4G networks — meaning players from both urban and rural areas can enjoy a smooth experience with minimal lag.
Football remains miki88's core focus because it is the sport closest to Malaysians' hearts. We cover Liga Super Malaysia in depth — complete with statistics, team form records, and head-to-head analysis to help players make smarter decisions. For the EPL, La Liga, and other European leagues popular among Malaysian fans, we offer over 40 betting markets per match — far more than what most other platforms provide.
On the casino side, miki88 partners with internationally certified game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Play'n GO, Microgaming, Ezugi, and SA Gaming. These partnerships ensure every game — from slots to live baccarat tables — runs on technology that has been independently audited and verified for fairness. The RNG in our slots is not just a claim — it is certified by an independent body, and we proudly inform players of each game's RTP rate so they can make informed decisions.
The miki88 VIP Programme reflects our commitment to loyal members. Unlike some platforms that only reward players occasionally, miki88's loyalty programme is designed to deliver ongoing value to players who stay active with us. From weekly cashback credited automatically to exclusive VIP table access and a dedicated personal account manager — we value every member who chooses miki88 as their platform.
Looking ahead, miki88 is committed to growing alongside the Malaysian player community. We continuously listen to user feedback, add new games based on demand, and refine every aspect of the platform using data and suggestions we receive. miki88's journey is far from over — and we're excited to keep moving forward with the many more Malaysian players who will join our community in the days to come.
"miki88 is more than just a place to bet — it is a community where Malaysian sports and casino enthusiasts come together, share their passion, and celebrate wins as one."
